Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
Pandian Crackers World reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 10 working days.
Once payment is completed, no changes or modifications to the order will be accepted.
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value will apply. The remaining amount will be refunded within 10 working days.
Claim & Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective products.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear proof of damage (such as photos or videos).
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
