Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

  • Pandian Crackers World reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 10 working days.

  • Once payment is completed, no changes or modifications to the order will be accepted.

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value will apply. The remaining amount will be refunded within 10 working days.

Claim & Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective products.

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear proof of damage (such as photos or videos).

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
